Waves Community Room

Welcome to our meeting space.


We are proud to offer a quality, affordable meeting space to our community partners! It is available seven days a week between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.

The Pasadena FCU Waves Community Room can accommodate a variety of meeting space needs – presentations, board meetings, retreats, strategic planning sessions, workshops, seminars, staff trainings and more. The room capacity is 30 (chairs only) or 24 (chairs and tables) and is equipped with A.V. Technology including:

  • TV screen with Bluetooth capability for presentations
  • Whole-room audio system
  • Wireless microphones
  • High-speed WiFi

Booking information

Step 1:  Complete and submit the Meeting Room Agreement Form below.
Step 2:  We will review and confirm receipt of your request and provide you with a link to the self-service reservation system.
Step 3:  Our online booking system will allow you to check dates and times of availability and make an immediate reservation. 
Step 4:  If it is your first time making a reservation and utilizing our space, we require an in-person walk-through beforehand and will schedule this with you.

Fees

Pasadena FCU shares its meeting room with community partners to encourage collaboration. We currently do not charge any fee(s) to utilize this room. To maintain this complimentary offering, we need your assistance in returning the room in clean and tidy condition after your use. Please refer to the agreement form below for details.

Guidelines for Use

In order to maintain accessibility for all groups, we ask that you adhere to these guidelines. If guidelines are not met, you may be held responsible for damages or clean-up fees associated with the room. 

  • We request that your group's contact person (the person who participated in the site visit) be present during the entire meeting.
  • The rooms are for professional purposes only — not weddings, photoshoots, etc.
  • Your group is responsible for cleaning up after the meeting and putting the room back to its original setup.
  • Your group is responsible for operating and taking care of the technology equipment to be used. (Please arrange for a tutorial prior to the meeting.)
  • Your group is responsible for locking and securing the room.
  • Please be sure to take your group's trash to the dumpster outside.

Additional Protocols

  • No posting of signs or use of tape or other adhesives on any building surfaces.
  • No taping items to the walls or writing on papers attached to walls. Use the moveable white boards provided.
  • No decorations that may damage the walls or furniture.
  • No confetti.
  • No pets, with the exception of service animals.
  • No leaving the suite door open, other than when participants arrive and depart.
  • The entity signing this contract agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Pasadena FCU, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any liabilities, costs, penalties, or expenses arising out of and/or resulting from the use of Pasadena FCU’s meeting space.
  • Due to the nature of our business as a financial institution, a security camera is on premises to monitor suspicious activity. By using our room, you agree to being recorded for security purposes only.
Please complete this form if you want access to our reservation system. Within three days of submitting this form, you will be contacted regarding completing your reservation. A site visit is required for all first-time groups to go over the details of room use.
