PFCU Card Controls
Available beginning August 20, 2024
We're excited to introduce PFCU Card Controls, which will be replacing eZCard. Accessible via online banking and our mobile app, this new supported feature offers enhanced convenience and security.
With PFCU Card Controls, members can:
- Lock/unlock cards
- Report damaged or missing cards
- Make payments
- Submit travel notifications
- And more
Accessing Card Controls from your desktop computer is simple—just click the displayed link within online banking. As a first-time user, you will be asked to register and confirm your profile. Carefully follow the prompts and answer the security questions to add your Pasadena FCU Mastercard Credit account(s). The next time you access Card Controls, you'll automatically be logged in.
To access Card Controls from the Pasadena FCU mobile app, please select "Cards" in the main menu and follow the prompts. More information will be available soon!
Please do not schedule anymore payments via eZCard. Beginning on August 18, you will no longer have access to eZCard.
Please log in to eZCard prior to August 18 to make sure you do not have any existing scheduled payments.
