Website Integration
Following the recent merger between Pasadena Service Federal Credit Union (PSFCU) and Pasadena Federal Credit Union (PFCU), we are working diligently to streamline all banking channels for a more unified and seamless experience. As part of this effort, members will now be able to access everything in one place!
Starting September 2, 2024, all content and updates regarding our rates, products, and services can be found at www.pfcu.org. Visitors to the Pasadena Service FCU website (www.mypsfcu.org) will be directed to the Pasadena FCU website (www.pfcu.org). Additionally, any inside landing pages on the PSFCU website will redirect to comparable landing pages on the PFCU website, if applicable.
While we actively work towards our full system integration happening in November, PSFCU online banking users will still access their accounts by logging into their ItsMe247 Online Banking Portal. In fact, to make it easier, we will be adding a "LOGIN" button on the www.pfcu.org homepage for PSFCU online banking users to sign in as they normally would using their credentials. You may also continue using your PSFCU mobile app with no disruption.
Please do not be alarmed if you do not see a few PSFCU products/services you've come to know through the years reflected on the www.pfcu.org website, as we are working on combining our systems in November. There will be no impact to your existing accounts in the interim. You will be able to transact and bank with us as you normally would. Please excuse our construction dust between now and November. You will be receiving additional communications from us regarding potential changes that may require your attention. We strongly encourage you to check back on our Merger Updates page on our website.
Summary of changes effective September 2:
- We are merging our websites into one: www.pfcu.org.
- PSFCU online banking (ItsMe247) will be available on PFCU website. Access will be located on the front homepage (see box in green):
- New members to the credit union can apply online via PFCU Online Member Application portal. All new accounts will be opened with PFCU.
- All merger-related communications will be communicated through the PFCU website and email address1.
- Registration for PSFCU online banking will be disabled and existing PSFCU members will be opening new accounts via PFCU. (When the system integration takes place in November, any members with both PSFCU and PFCU accounts will be able to view all of their accounts in online banking and within the mobile app. That is when all of their accounts will be merged under a single membership.)
