Breaking Barriers Conference with YWCA SGV + Pacific Clinics
A Commitment to Mental Health and Resilience
On October 11, 2025, Pasadena FCU joined the YWCA + Pacific Clinics “Breaking Barriers: A Youth Mental Health & Self-Care” Conference, an inspiring event dedicated to supporting teens, educators, and caregivers through open conversations about mental health, resilience, and self-care. The conference brought together community leaders, wellness advocates, and youth mentors to promote dialogue around emotional well-being and to share tools for navigating life’s challenges.
For Pasadena FCU, being part of this conference felt like a natural extension of their mission. They strongly believe that empowerment starts with care, support, and education. Their main goal is to guide members toward financial confidence and success, and they recognize that mental and emotional well-being are just as essential for building a strong and thriving community.
