Open Positions

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Financial Services Officer to join our growing team!

Job Role:
Assist members with their financial transactions in person and by phone. Interview members to determine appropriate products and services and open and close member accounts. Assist members with their consumer and home equity line of credit lending needs by gathering documentation and analyzing the loan request. Promote the credit union to members both in the branch and within the community.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome members to the credit union in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Cross sell credit union products, open new accounts, and service existing accounts based on member needs (including VISA card requests, IRA accounts, Trust accounts, and other more complex accounts). Ensure all files are complete and maintenance is performed accurately.

• Interview members to identify their lending needs, earnings and financial condition. Explain programs and rates to members and recommend options. Prepare and/or review all loan documents, including DMV documentation, for completeness and accuracy. Process, close, and fund approved loans. Receive and process member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments.

• Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of all credit union products and services, as well as related policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Inform members of ancillary products and services offered through the Credit Union’s outside partners and perform additional tasks as may be assigned by supervisor, which are commensurate with this position and/or the Credit Union.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Member Services Team. We have an opening for a full-time Call Center Representative, reporting to the Call Center Manager. This position requires a friendly, helpful demeanor and commitment to providing excellent service to our members with every interaction.

The Call Center Representative provides assistance for a wide variety of member requests, such as taking loan applications over the phone and performing transfers and balance inquiries. They will also assist members with online banking and account maintenance, and route incoming calls to the appropriate departments. The candidate should have experience in outbound calling and be comfortable with needs-driven selling. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills are required.
