Pasadena Federal Credit Union, a $135 million credit union, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. We have an opening for a Lending Supervisor, reporting to the Director of Lending. This key employee should possess both strong verbal and technical skills, be self motivated and reliable as well as flexible.
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, scheduling and monitoring the activities of the Lending Department, training and evaluating staff performance, making lending decisions within established guidelines and ensuring all lending activities are within credit union policies and regulations.
